Distillery and on-site restaurant, Char 1788, located at a historic gristmill. Family-friendly tours and tastings available at the distillery, and seasonal New American cuisine available at the restaurant, held in a 1788 gristmill.
The visitor center is open Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 to 6:00 PM. Tours are on Saturday and Sunday each hour from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. Char 1788, the on-site restaurant, is open Monday through Thursday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
